Was thinking of foreign countries. They have an embassy. Let’s look at EMBASSY defined. But, before we do, what does it mean to you? Because, when I consider it, I think of a SAFE HOUSE, or HARBOR. I think of a place, where EVIL should NOT be able to touch ME. I think of movies, like “The Saint.” Incidentally, my hubby’s favorite movie, is this one. 🙂 So, now to get to the “world” definition.

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/embassy

noun, plural embassies.
1. a body of persons entrusted with a mission to a sovereign orgovernment, especially an ambassador and his or her staff.
2. the official headquarters of an ambassador.
3. the function or office of an ambassador.
4. a mission headed by an ambassador.
JESUS….is MY AMBASSADOR!!!!!!! Also, ALL of the above 😉
Do we really grasp THIS? Do we really comprehend how DEEPLY He fights for us? I can tell you, that I did not. I mean, I had some ideas, but ultimately no clue, just HOW MUCH HE LOVES US. I wonder how many, on earth, REALLY do???
In the movie “The Saint,” the man goes under cover. Why? Because, He had a mission to complete. Now, He is doing it, in some ways for wrong reasons, at first. But eventually, He makes the right choice. Have we not all begun there? I know I have before. But Jesus, NEVER did. Through Jesus, we can be made whole and FULL.
All these individuals, claiming all paths lead to heaven, are just wrong. ONLY JESUS does. Only HE can save us, deliver us, LOVE us and we NEED and deeply DESIRE. ONLY HE deserves absolute 100% of our LOVE. Do WE believe? Do we run to HIM? Do we choose HIM?
Because, HE is our embassy. He is the ONLY answer. The ONLY TRUTH. The ONLY REAL LOVE. So, where are we, in relation to HIM? Do we show HIM LOVE, or disrespect? HE is EVERYTHING. I mean EVERYTHING WE NEED!!!!!!!
My embassy, and YOURS. Come to JESUS, and be FREE. It is THAT simple.

Jesus My Embassy
